Smartrak Group Inc. is a member of the VeraSafe™ Website Privacy Program, meaning that VeraSafe has assessed Smartrak Group Inc.’s data governance for compliance with the VeraSafe Website Privacy Program Criteria. The program criteria require that participants maintain a high standard for data privacy and implement specific best practices pertaining to notice, choice, access, data integrity, security, and third party information sharing.
VeraSafe helps businesses protect the security and privacy of your personal information. We collect the following personal information from you

- Tax information such as income and deductions
- Financial Information such as bank account numbers, types of investments
- Social Security Number and date of birth
As is true of most Web sites, we automatically gather information about your computer such as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system.
This information is collected by us when you
- e-file your tax return using our application
- Send us request(s) for customer support
We use this information to
- Electronically file your tax return
- Send you an order confirmation/status updates
- Respond to customer service requests
Information Obtained from Third Parties
If you provide us personal information about others, or if others give us your information, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us.
Information Sharing
We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
As part of the e-file process, we provide your personal information to the government agencies with whom you are filing a return.
